Broadway star William Gillette is admired worldwide for his portrayal of Sherlock Holmes. But when he invites fellow cast members to his castle retreat for a weekend of revelry, a real-life murder occurs. Gillette must assume the persona of his notorious stage character to solve the mystery in this glittering whodunnit set during the Christmas holidays.
